What does the process look like?

  • We’ll get to know you, your career goals, and employment targets to help you find the role that’s right for you. 
  • As an ideal role becomes available, we’ll help you prepare by reviewing/writing your resume, preparing you for the interview, and helping you learn more about the company and their specific needs. 
  • Based on the client and their particular needs, we’ll either present you to them as an ideal candidate, or take you through the interview process ourselves.
